Suzuki Scooters Suzuki
One of the big four this brand has two of the largest scooters available in the world.
We get calls everyday at MRP from dealers asking about a 49cc or 70cc scooter that reads Suzuki on the engine. The truth is Suzuki has never imported these scooters into the U.S (let?s hope they do someday because the ones they sell in Europe are awesome) These Chinese scooters you see with Suzuki engines are all clones of the Franco-Morini or Suzuki styled 49cc two stroke engine. If you encounter one of these more than likely it will use the same performance parts as a TGB or Hyosung 49cc 2 stroke scooter. Sometimes it?s a Qingi or some other less expensive scooter but it will have a very similar engine.
The brand has over two dozen scooters in a full range of 49cc to 250cc manufactured abroad from Vietnam to Japan, but most will never make it into the United States. There current lineup is the Burgman 400, 650, and 650 Exec edition.
Most of the riders that use the Burgman 400 or 650 want more power, we suggest more powerful rollers, for speed a new Polini or Malossi variator, a Malossi clutch, and an Athena or Malossi Kevlar belt.
